Boot Camps for CEOs: From My Journey to Yours

Most leadership programs inspire for a day but leave leaders with nothing to act on. That’s not good enough.
My Boot Camps for CEOs are built on a different principle: everything we cover must be practical, actionable, and tied directly to results. That approach comes from my own journey.
I began at Atari the original gaming company where I learned early how to manage multiple products and clients under intense pressure. From there, I spent six years working on military programs. While I can’t share all the details, those years instilled in me discipline, precision, and the absolute importance of accountability.
At Boeing, I contributed to the F-22 project and later transitioned into commercial aircraft programs. Eventually, I launched and ran my own company for 20 years before stepping into full-time consulting. For the past 12 years, I’ve worked closely with CEOs across industries, manufacturing, medical technology, commercial aircraft, recreational products, and food production. (The food sector, in particular, often struggles with process clarity, making it both challenging and rewarding to help transform.)
Across every role and every sector, one truth became clear: leaders don’t need more theory. They need tools they can use today. That’s exactly what my Boot Camps deliver.
What CEOs Can Expect
Each session is designed to give leaders practical frameworks they can immediately implement:
Skill Building – Strengthening decision-making, strategy, and execution.
Process Clarity – Turning complex operations into repeatable systems.
Accountability Frameworks – Establishing structures that keep teams aligned.
Cultural Intelligence – Leading effectively across diverse teams and industries.
Actionable Outcomes – Walking away with a roadmap that creates measurable “mini-wins.”
Why It Matters
Traditional leadership programs are heavy on theory and light on application. CEOs leave inspired, but nothing changes on Monday morning.
My Boot Camps flip that script. You won’t just leave motivated—you’ll leave equipped. Equipped with tools, systems, and clarity to lead differently, immediately.
At the end of the day, my deliverable isn’t just a session. It’s a shift. A more straightforward path forward. A framework that builds momentum—because leadership isn’t about what you know. It’s about what you do.
